Missing MSVCP110.dll from computer error

Hello,

So I am a returning HB user, I recently just replaced my harddrive and upgraded my windows to Windows 8. Last time i used HB i never had a problem and now all of a sudden I do.

I am getting an tmp8F82.tmp.exe - System Error when I start up HB from the HB Launcher.

Description says : The program can't start because MSVCP110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

So, I tried a few things, including downloading the MSVCP110.dll offline and reinstalling it in right place, I reset my pc a few times, and I also reinstall HB launcher and I still get the error.

Bottom line is I'm out of ideas and I need your help!!!!

Had this problem when I reformatted,I think I just tried to install it a few times and it finally when through

I also had this issue after formatting but this was just on the launcher which I never use. Tony has the answer.
