Mining/Herbalism Rank Profile?

I looked thru the GB2 section and I do not see a profile for this. Is there one in the store?

It would be great if there was a profile (free or paid) that mined/herbed an area until it got the quest drop, did the quest, then went back to mining and herbing. Does such a thing exist?

TBH I have never gotten rank 3 mining of leystone or felslate because there is some "encounter" involved and I am not sure if we talk to the guy or what to even do to rank it up.
