It most likely downloaded in the background, so if you log out, or close WoW it will update. As for HB, if you close it and try to open it and attach it to WoW it will not work, so don't log out at the moment.

It only downloaded if you're playing on the US servers. If you're outside of US the update hasn't happened yet.
