MF gear worth the effort?

Quick question. Is it worth the effort to put the 41% MF gem into a socketed helm for say doing Ghom runs? Just curious if that is going to make any difference in LEG drop rates or not.

I heard max is 300% which translate to 30% increase chance so 41% would be 4.1% increase chance I think

100% mf would mean 100% higher chance then base to loot blue items 30% higher chance then base to loot rare items and 10% chance higher chance to loot legendarys if i recall it works like that,
so if you got.. 40 mf you have a 4.0 % chance higher to loot a legendary

incredible how many people that still gets mf wrong.

100%mf is equal to 01.00% xtra leggy drop.

its close to nothing.

and ive been running with 200%mf for a while now im running with nothing same shit. its so rng the mf doesent make a difference on the sheets ive looked over in my case. i would not bother using mf.

Unless you need more dmg or survial, i'd go MF.

I run Captain America's chest run profile in MF gear because why not. My character take literally no damage with that profile.

However, I would not use dungeon run profiles with MF gear, except maybe a topaz helm. A diamond helm makes virtually no difference in run speed, and all other gems make literally no difference.
