Merging Keys to correct account

I have submitted 3 emails at this point with no success. I bought an additional Honorbuddy key but, didn't know it was going to go to my paypal email. I need the new key moved to my original honorbuddy account.

Can anyone help with this, I have bought a fair share of profiles and want to use them for multiple bots.

did you send an e-mail to support with BOTH keys?

keep in mind that it can take up to 72 hours to get a response.
 
I did I sent the original account name, email, key and the second account name, email, key, paypal transaction id, bossland order number. I also sent the first email back on the 26th of August.
 
So does this mean that there is nothing anyone can do. I have been waiting over a week, this is a bit frustrating when I don't think it would take that long for someone to do really quick...
 
send one more, but it takes time as a human has a go though each e-mail figure out whats going on and resolve the issue.
 
Ok CodenameG or someone else, this is honestly ridiculous. Please have someone look into this it has been 8 days since my first email, almost 3 times longer than the maximum you said it would take. I have included everything you guys need to update my account. Please fix this, this is unacceptable in every way. Who do I need to contact because emailing support hasn't gotten me anywhere. Please let me know what I need to do...
 
the only people who can help you is e-mail support. no one on the forums have access to those systems to fix what you messed up.
 
Perfect customer support, saying since I gave you money that I messed up... Professionalism at its finest, all the way around. Sure this thread will be deleted as well. So who do I go to, to get my money back? Especially since I messed up giving it to bossland in the first place, like you just said. Or since this is how bossland treats it customers, should I just contact my bank and declare fraud since I haven't received my key/support in 3 days and have proof on this forum that, that is the maximum it would take. I highly doubt you have no way to contact the people at support to get someone taken care of, again I also doubt you have no idea who those people there are. Most companies want to take care of their customers... What the hell do I know though...
 
you would have to e-mail support for a refund. like i said no one on the forums deals with keys so we cannot help you with this issue.
keep in mind if you do a charge back that your keys will be marked as fraudulent, and you will be barred from trying to buy again in the future.

and no, i said you messed up by mismanaging your keys, therefore requiring someone to manually go in and resolve the issues you have. most people do not have those issues.
