Memory Issue?

I have been botting with db for 3 months and I have had 0 issues which is why this is my first post. I have been running 6 bots on one system and it has been great. I decided to upgrade to 9 and for about the first 2 hours it was fine but then I ran into a issue. One of my 9 bots at random would pause every 5mins for about 15 secs and then continue which basicly lead to a lot of bot deaths. I went from 0 deaths an hour with 6 to multiple bots having about 6 deaths an hour and one having 13. I did not have any crashing at all though. It runs the 9 it just seems like it has to pause one and then catch up. I dropped down to 8 bots and there are no issues.
Cpu useage with 9 is 55%
Memory usage with 9 is 99%

Cpu useage with 8 is 51%
Memory useage with 8 is 92%

I bought the parts for this system off ebay/craigslist and I got a really good deal on most of it.

i7 980x @ 4.2ghz
asus rampage III 1366 board
12 gigs corsair dd3 1600 (triple channel)6x2 gig sticks
evga 590 gtx
1x dell 23 inch monitors
2x sony 23 inch monitors

To me it obviously seems to be memory but I wanted to verify it.
In order to upgrade the memory on this system I would need to go to 24 gigs which would be 6x4 gig sticks at about 200.00 us

I have spend the last few hours reading the forums and most are saying between 1.4 and 2 gigs per bot is needed and i am obviously under that at 9 bots on this system.
Once again wanted to verify before i spend the money.

Here is a picture i took of task manager running 8 bots. It has been running 8 for about 2 hours now down from the 9 and it seems to have calmed down a little. The memory useage is at 90%

I got an i7 920 @ 3.8ghz, a HD5870 and 18GB ram and I am able to run 11 bots. So I think it is very likely (99.99% sure) that it is the lack of ram. Why do you have to go out and buy 6x 4GB sticks? You could buy 3x 4GB sticks and use 3x of the sticks you already have = 18GB ram (that's what I currently have in my machine). And as far, as I am concerned, you do not have to use triple channel ram on a 1366 mobo. I have been running with 2x 8GB sticks on a 1366 mobo before (dunno if you would lose some performance, but my bots was doing fine).

My 8 bots have been running all day with no issues since dropping them down from 9. Also you can see that the memory useage has gone up to about 93-94 from the last 8hrs. The cpu on the other hand could probably run another 5-6 no problem.

The reason I took a picture was because by print screening you see all 3 of my monitors and I assumed that is not what you wanted. The pictures were a little fuzzy but zooming in you should of been able to see everything.

Tony I appreciate you looking at the thread and I don't mind posting the pics and I am willing to do anything else that you may need but my question still has not been answered. I can only run 8 bots I have a 9 license and I have 9 bots. If I upgrade the memory to 18 or 24 gigs will my problem go away. Thanks

I think it definitely has to do with the ram. When i was running 13 bots with only 16gig ram they would randomly crash during the night and I couldn't figure out what the problem was. Upgraded to 24gigs and now I rarely have problems with Diablo 3 crashing. To minimize any chance of crashing I would just buy extra ram if possible to keep the load under 90%.

1.4-2 gigs per instance seems a bit high... Mine use almost the same as yours, 1gig per diablo 3 instance and around .1 - .17 per DB.
