Many thanks for the contribution! However, it looks like all your attachments were damaged in the forum crash and rollback.

Would you be so kind as to re-upload them by Wed, 26-Mar-2014? If the attachments are not back in place on this day, we will archive the thread as 'no longer supported'.

Too laggy for me, can't change framelock, and i need to set it to 15 max on my laptop..
 
Seems Loxx hasn't responded, which is sad because I wanted to update this routine and see how well it did. ChinaJade will be archiving this thread at some point, since he gave a deadline for Loxx to respond by, and he hasn't yet. I hope all is well with Loxx and hopefully he will come back and respond soon.
