CORRECT but that's not a problem and I don't see why it would ever be a problem.

You still have to stop the bot to switch it between catching pokemon and looting pokestops when out of balls. Settings is not accessible while running.

I figured out my main point now.I'm just not used to having to manually change a bot every few hours to catch/loot because it doesnt manage the bag every few mins. That's all.

Weird, I don't have the same problem as you. You can set it to capture pokemon and use pokestops at the same time, I never run out of balls doing this. I suppose at some point you could run out depending on pokestop luck I guess
