Maybe bug about Stay near the lured pokestop

I just watched my bot leaving two orange lured pokestop to loot other pokestops which are far away, and never turning back, with the bot moving away, the orange sign turned back to blue.
Maybe the STAY didn't functioning well.
sometimes, it will show Stay at a pokestop and wait for new pokemons, but when new pokemons appear it wont go catch them!!
