I got Tormmok on my new mage days ago and leveled him to lv3. Right now I am able to use this ability from him: Your personal repairman in the field.
Anyone wanna try add this sentence
<Vendor Name="Tormmok" Entry="82656" Type="Repair" />
between <Vendors></Vendors> to see whether HB will use him to repair or not.
