i use lilsparky's workshop with auctioneer and it tells you what the mats/crafted item will sell for right in your trade window. Super easy to use as long as u spend ~5min letting auctioneer scan for you (each day)

Also you can have it list vendor prices. this helped me when i was completely overstocked yesterday lol
