Maximizing gold output

Hey, after going for about 2 months now, I tend to get a nice lump sum of gold when I bot. But after I have read every last single one of these threads, I have only four questions. Is it worth it to make Darkmoon Faire Cards? Is it worth it to transpute (think thats it? haha) the ore? I seem to have an overflowing stock constantly of raw materials, that I feel go to waste when I just toss them up on the Auction House... Basically what are (is) the profession(s) that will get rid of my raw materials and give me some more gold. Also, I was wondering how long you bot one account for each day, I try to keep it at around 7-9 hours. I have been recently thinking of stepping it up to 12 hours, since when I actually played this game, I easily got in 12 hours a day.

Well, the transmute is very good as you get raw epic gems. And they usually sell for 100-120g on AH a pcs. As for the Darkmoon Card, i have to be blank. Never seen many of these on AH, or people requesting them in the Trade channel :/

This is a touchy subject. I see a lot of people saying that they bot 24/7, as I normally do too. But there have been some recent account suspensions which are fishy and causing some questions. Even though my bot runs 24/7, I get disconnected a lot either due to connection issues or because eSafe logs me off for being followed/stuck for too long. My hunter ran a good 3-4 days straight when I was trying to get him to 80 and I have not yet received and suspensions.

IMHO - I think 12 hours is fine, but no matter how many hours you play just make sure you're doing some hand playing too. Play for like an hour by hand, do some quests and other stuff normal players do. It will make you a little less obvious.

Well, I don't know a bumpkis about alchemy or inscription, so I was trying to ask if using those to make whatever they make out of all the raw materials was worth it, and if it was, what profession, and what process.

The correct name is: Prospecting Ore!

I usually only bot at night, except for the weekend when I can keep an eye on my screen.

For most golf output: be creative!

Creating darkmoon cards are still profitable, but prospecting gems is more powerful ...

well to be honest, i get ALOT more herbs than ore. I get probably like 10-15 stack of ore for every 50 stacks of herbs, and I just need a way to get rid of all these herbs profitably

After the change for droprate on Frost lotus, i change my way of botting. i only set it to mine nodes, since unless u got a privat buyer for the herbs u are going to end up with a shit load of herbs that u most likely cant sell, and u end up trying to make DMF cards insted. and they are hard to sell as well. so here is how i do it. i bot around 16 hours a day on 1 acct. 6 days with mining and 1 day with herbing. that leaves me with enough herbs to last a week on AH + privat use.

hope it helps you

i bot 22 hrs a day. the other 2 I'm spamming trade trying to sell all my raw materials. Usually end up undercutting AH by at least 3 gold. I also try and keep 5 stacks of everything on the AH at a time. I honestly thought it was the economy on my server leaving me with so many herbs but who knows. Also, I have almsot 1/2 a guild tab of dark moon cards. The common ones are nearly impossible to sell lol

Darkmoon cards aren't worth the effort, just sell the mats on the AH. FL is now below 30g on my server, guess it will drop again after the new patch. I am going back to prospecting the saronite I think. I am still smelting all my soronite into bars and transmuting into Titanium, this sells everyday for 14g a bar on AH, but the gems may make a little more profit, time will tell.

So, should I mill all the herbs, and the prospect all the ores? Not really up to date on the lingo, and what you get from doing what with what profession... I played this game for like three months after WotLK came out, then stopped, then started botting like three months ago...

How in the world are you guys making gold off prospecting still? No one wants the blue quality gems anymore on my server. All they want are Epic, and I can transmute but 1 a day...I have 4+ stacks of each blue quality gems in my guild bank just collecting dust because no one needs them.

What I do with my stuff is the following.

1. Prospect all my ores
2. Create the JC profit items. (Bloodstone Band,...)
3. Disenchant all these items to get dust, essences and shards.
4. Sell them at the AH or even better - find a high skilled Enchanter, sell the stuff face 2 face. He will make big money creating scrolls of enchantment and I get rid of my stuff

I'm not sure that's even profitable on my server. I know awhile back the enchanting mats market took a dive and was pretty worthless with so many people trying to sell infinite dust and essence.
