I run 2 Bots and My PC Crashed, now my 2 keys keep saying max sessions.
i went to the portal and try to kill them, but they wont show running.

I need help.
 
i'm having the same issue, i haven't shared my EB key with anyone and I continue to get this messsage.

I tried ending my explorer task and reopening it as well as restarting my computer and i'm still getting "max sessions"
 
go to auth.buddy site and kill the sessions (under keys) there . . .

I am having this same issue right now. No sessions listed at buddyauth and max sessions error.

If the issue happens anymore past the point of this post, please attach a full log (for reference) and I'll send it to the Auth people.

A big auth change was recently made, and all our bots have been hit with that issue. The auth team is rolling out fixes as the problems come in.
 
Just got the same issue. Was running fine all morning, restarted pc, went to launch and got max session.

EDIT: Think it has something to do with update. I went to launch EB and it popped up saying there was an update, after downloading the update launching EB gives me the max session error. Taking the Beta file before though and resaving over the update and then clicking no when I want to update works fine.

So right now im running that. Just thought I would let you know

Having the same issue :( I cant find any session to kill, but it keeps showing max session
 
Updated again last night, worked fine after that.

Then got ban hammered

I do not think the 2 are related in anyway, just kinda happened :P
 
mine is still happening I own 3 EB keys, but I can use only 1. After trying to use the 2nd key, it will say sever is not authenticate the key.
 
Still not working for me. I have already looked at my auth buddy and no sessions are currently running so I don't understand how I have max sessions.
