Max Sessions

Hello,
I just bought the bot, when logging in i get max sessions error. I read to kill sessions in forum home page but cant find what is it? Is it logging off from this forum? Or is there any page that shows the list of open sessions?

Sometimes mine does this when im botting, then I stop it and try and start. Or when i log out of diablo on accident and log back in... Just have to close diablo/demonbuddy and wait a few mins.
