TY Chinajade, it does explain why it happens, but I was hoping for a faster fix, can the bot be ran locally at all?

No sadly it cannot as Authentication is required to make sure you're a legitimate owner of HB and help prevent piracy. It also protects you from Blizzard by stopping all of the bots if there was any kind of mass tripwire or banwave of sorts. That and it needs the Mesh files, which downloading 700mb of them every time you get a new version of HB is not ideal, on top of the fact the meshes get updated frequently.
