Max Sessions when no sessions are in use

Having an issue starting HB. Sometimes it works great, but when it crashes and I try to relog I get either authentication failed or max sessions. I have checked buddy auth portal and it does not say there are any sessions in use. Another strange thing is it also does not list my lifetime key under keys. I have done a fresh install and still have the same issues. Is there something wrong with my key or account setup? I used to be able to go in and kill my sessions if HB crashed.

I could attach my log, but it is just easier to copy paste...

Therein lies the problem... when I go to kill my sessions (on the portal), there are no sessions listed to kill.

Anyway, are you sure you registered on buddyauth with the same email as you used to pay for HB?

@bambam I am using the same email. This issue is recent, maybe since MoP dropped? Can't remember exactly when this started.
@tony I cannot see my key on the key page in the portal, which is very odd. It was there in the past.

In addition, I am running HB currently, but no sessions are showing on the portal. Very weird. Must be something with my account or key.
