"Max Sessions" when I try logging in..

Sometimes when I try to log in my bot it just says "max sessions authentication failed", does this mean someone else is using my auth key? If so how they hell could they have gotten it? I'd like a new auth key and the old one disabled please, if possible.

EDIT:
Is it possible I can put a password on it? Because right now on the login, all I have is the auth key and no password.

Register using the same email you used to purchase your key and kill your session here : buddyauth.com

Nobody is using your key, it happens often, search next time.

Yah well I forgot what email I used and I dont see anything to help me recover it on the login page.

no need to freak our bro..the staff here are more than helpful..and like phoenix said..just go to buddyauth.com and register AFTER you email tony of course..lol sometimes the key session stays logged in even after you shutdown HB..sometimes even up to about 5-10 minutes after you shut hb down..

so no freakin bro..just send that email and you'll be back to bottin like a pro
