I even go clear out my sessions with BuddyAuth and half the time it still won't let me back in. You really need to re-think your authentication so it doesn't prevent people from using it when they've paid for a working product. It gets really frustrating having to re-open RB every few hours and have it "possibly" work for a little or have the same exact issues within minutes of restarting everything. I don't have time to sit here and close/reopen RB esp with how long it takes to get everything going again. No I will not contact support through the e-mail link you give me, they never listen to what my actual problem is...so someone here needs to either get it done themselves or reach out to the support team on our behalf (I know I'm not the only person with all of these auth issues).
