Hi,

Wonder if there is a way that one session can be cleared, I've got 1 hb running and cant get the other running. So should only have 2 running atm but seems to be 3. There should only be 1 hb & 1 Gb running atm.

Just wait up fo 5 mins then you will find that the bot will be free to start again.

Ive had this a couple of times when I have force closed a bot and restarted it.
 
Or you might be logged into auth.gatherbuddy.de - that also counts as a session.
 
I couldn't get into the auth site either but that cleared up and could get in but then still not letting me run bot, thinking my mate mite have a session sitting on his machine while he is out gathering.
 
Having trouble installing and running on Win7x64 Max Sessions Error

Please Help - unable to use HB. I get "Max sessions reached!" Please see my comments config below:

1 - Windows 7 Ultimate (x64)
2- Launch WoW from [C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\Launcher.exe] and log all the way into my toon (per most recent instructions)
3- Launch HB from [C:\Program Files (x86)\Buddy\Honorbuddy 1.9.5.9 (even tried renaming folder and location of folder)
4- Attempt login - this is point of failure

Anyone able to help? My purchase is for the $25 version HB & GB.

Wait 5 mins and try again mate, it sometimes takes a while for the auth server to catch up.
 
or you can restart your pc in order to close a "rogue" session in background
or you can do it from task manager
 
what i use to do is just run one program on another screen and it worked nicely( 2 monitors hooked up to 1 cpu )
 
OK... I have spent countless hours scouring the threads and following every instruction trying to get my HB working, and still nothing. All I get is "Max sessions reached!". I have done every variation of waiting 5 minutes I can think of. Waiting 5 minutes from time of launching HB till attempting to login, waiting 5 mins from time I start WoW till attempting previous step (total 15 mins). I can't seem to get it to work. I have tried the MSN thing hoping to see someone... nothing.
It's sad... so many people here from the old Glider and not one person can assist? Can someone who is using HB & GB on Win 7 (x64) please reach out to me and assist? Please?
Tony... I seem to see you have a rather broad knowledge span of this product... any luv u can offer would be greatly appreciated. I spent $60 buying the two programs in their limited state figuring if it didn't work no foul, but that if it did work, I don't mind spending another $80 in hopes of doing my part to keep the program from following the fate of Glider.
Please someone... that or at least tell me it can't be done so I can find a product that can :) Thanks

Damn dude, some things take time for people to reply, Tony and them don't scower the forums 24/7, just give it time before someone knowledgeable helps you with the matter.

As for me, i have no clue how to fix this.
 
Change your PASSWORD in the SHOP and then try again mate, as either your sharing yoru account with someone else or your password was far too easy and you got hacked.

I run multiple sessions of HB and GB all at the same time and only get Max sessions reached! when I stop and start a bot too quickly, and that has only happened twice in 6 months.

WOOO WOOO!! No that isn't the /train sound.... its me WOOT WOOTing without the "t" sound at the end. Thanks Tony, Boss, or whoever made whatever adjustment needed to be made.
So I got on early this morning and began from scratch again (downloading and installing files etc.) I then - on a whim - tried using the default Test login and what do you know it worked. I let it run till about level 7 or so and then - again on a whim - tried logging in as myself. Woot it worked!!! Thanks so much guys. [bows in the general direction of all those who assisted and tried to assist in humble gratuity and homage]

It's been a long night of learning the new abilities such as CC's and looking forward to learning how to create custom Questing profiles.
I've used Zygor's Guides for a few years now and I really like how it minimizes the "grind" aspect of leveling and utilizes Blizz's idea of "questing" your way through levels. It's my hope to learn the art of creating profiles and actually creating one that goes quest for quest through the guide. As I currently have mostly Ally toons, I'll likely start there; however with the quickly approaching date of Cataclysm's release, I fear it might beat me and all my efforts will be vain. Fingers crossed though that I'll get something together rather quickly.
