max sessions problem

I have a 3 key subscription and after a crash this morning I can only log into one session at a time. I did the portal kill all sessions trick and did a total reinstall and still when I try to log into a second session all it does is say max session will try in 30 seconds. yes i have a single licence that i don't use and a triple licence. both are listed in the portal.

what tony means is, from your buddyauth account, you can login and kill any active sessions you may have. after they're cleared you should be able to login again.

are you sure the key your trying to use is the same one listed on the buddyauth website? are you sure theres no spaces before or after your key?


if your sure, try flushing your dns

reset your host file back to default.

and try power cycling your home router.

yes i'm sure. right key. reset router. flushed dns. fixed host file. killed session. still not working.

upgraded second key. that one is working.
