Max Sessions Error

I followed the tips & tricks "Max Sessions - Authentication failed." post but haven't been able to fix the error. I've restarted my computer and tried a fresh install, I don't have the option to kill any sessions on BuddyAuth. How is this fixed?

I can't get past the bot key login due to max session error

edit: it seems to be working now, the error is gone, thank you.
