max sessions error

I have been running the bot for week in BG's with no problems. However, today everytime I load the bot it says "Max Sessions" will try again in 30 seconds.

I'm doing everything just as usual. I use the the HonorBuddyLauncher.exe to load the 32bit version of wow. I start wow, log into a toon and then log into HB.

any ideas why it would stop working?
