Max Sessions Error: 16x bot not works (but i have 18x sessions)

I am an old customer till glider closed.
I have total 18x sessions.

I have 4x computer with 4x difrent internet connection (difrent ips)
Each computer i am using 4x bot.

I am using HBRelog.

After 12x it gives me the error : MAX SESSIONS
And my HBRelog try to open HB again and again but fails.
Some of my bots not work because of this.

There may be 2x reason:
1. Someone have my key and using it (but i check my sessions while my bots close. No sessions open. So its not the reason)
2. When HB close i think session not drop instantly.

There may be 2x solution for this:
1. You can fix that droping problem after HB closed. (it may took too much time for future patchs)
2. I have 18x hb and 6x demonbuddy sessions. You can change my demonbuddy keys to HB keys and you can make my HB session totaly 24x (it will be best solution for me)

I am prying you to make that solution. Please make your old customer HAPPY

Since this problem is based on your keys / your account it would be the best to open a new ticket in order to get the help you need. You can open a new ticket here.

Are you certain you're using the correct keys with each of the bots, not accidentally using some of the keys 4 times?

16 tane wow hesabım var. Her bilgisayarda 4 adet olmak üzere toplam 4 bilgisayardan 16 hesabı giriyorum.
Elle manual olarak açıp honorbuddy leri de elle manuel açtığımda herhangi bir sıkıntı çıkmıyor. hatta 2 adet session 'um da boşta kalıyor.
Ama biliyorsunuz ki bu aralar yeni patchler nedeniyle wow ve hb çok stabil çalışmıyor.

Bu sebeple HBRelog programı kullanıyorum.

Bu durumda wow kilitlendiğinde yada bot kilitlendiğinde kapatıp yeniden açıyor. Ama anladığım kadarıyla bot kapatıldığında bir süreliğine session 'dan düşmüyor. HBRelog botu tekrar açıyor ama 18 session bi şekilde doluyor ve bir süre sonra HB lerimin bi kısmı açılmaz hale geliyor.

İki çözümü var.

Birinci çözüm: HB kapatıldığında hemen session dan drop edilmesi lazım. Bunu ilerleyen patch lerde hb yazılımcıları çözebilir ama uzun sürecek bişey diye tahmin ediyorum.

İkinci çözüm: Benim zaten 18 sessionlu bir HB keyim var. 6 session lu da Demonbuddy keyim var. ikisini birleştirip 18 lik HB mi 24 lük yapabilirler. DB mi de silebilirler. Sonra DB lazım olunca gene alırım ben. Ama şuanda wow yeni patch en az 16 botumu sokmam lazım. Bana böyle bir güzellik yapıp keyimi 24 e yükseltirlerse çok sevineceğim.

Joro named moderator tryed to help me.
He wanted all my payment info as mail or lots of info.
A week passed... After all converstaion he says he cant help me for make it 24x sessions....
