Max sessions, authentication failed?

Whenever I try to log in on HB today, I always encounter the problem with max sessions, authentication failed, any help?

btw. how do i connect my buddyauth-account with my key? I have bought a Key and got it via E-Mail... After that ive registered at buddyauth but i have no keys and no sessions running there...
