"Max sessions, Authentication failed"

Just purchased the bot, and trying to set it up for the first time. after putting in my product key thats the message get. i just bought it like an hour ago and havent used it so i dont know why it says ive used my max sessions...?
 
try logging into Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal you may have to register with the e-mail address you used during the checkout process. once you get in you should be able to View your keys, and kill your active sessions, (killing your active sessions should reset them so you can login without the Max Sessions message popping up) just make sure when logging into the honorbuddy program that you are logging in with your KEY as your username and no password.

you key will look something like this.

First of all thanks for the quick responce, but once i log in i can view my keys but i cant find how to kill active sessions. under the "my sessions" its totally blank.

that means there arent any active, after a while the server will clean out any unused sessions after a few minutes. you should be able to login to honorbuddy fine now, provided you use your key as your username with no password.
 
you sir are correct. its up and running just have to download some profiles. thanks for the help!
