max sessions...auth failed

so i updated this morning, and at first it wouldnt start up at all...just crashed over and over...not its not crashing but tells me Max Sessions, Authentication failed, yet ive paid for 3 sessions and am not at the current time using ANY of my 3 sessions...could someone please assist me w/ this issue...ty
