Max sessions and can't log in.

Literally just bought HB. Added it to exceptions list on my antivirus. I run it as admin. And when I enter my Key it sometimes says Max sessions, authentication failed. And when it doesn't say that it comes up with an error saying "Could not load file or assembly 'Tripper.Tools. Version=1.0.0.0' etc etc. And asks me to send an error report, and that doesn't even go through. Then it closes HB.

So what did I do wrong?

When your Hb closes incorrectly, your session will hang on the server.
You can kill it by registering on Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal

Also for the error,
Please read/re-read the startup guide.
Follow everything exactly.

make sure all Hb files are under the same folder and also dont use any shortcuts for Hb exe
