Max Sessions and Buddy Auth issues

So I saw that others were having issues because of max sessions and saw answers pointing people to auth portal so I did the same and when I try and use the same email it either tells me it has already been used or doesnt exist...?

This is the most recent log I have. I launch the game and the program crashes and then says max attempts.

My 2 cents.

I saw this before. For my case, track the DB process in task manager, kill it and wait for 1 min or 2 will likely resolve the issue.

If issue persist for you, it maybe something else.
 
Yea Ive tried that. I even got my buddyauth info figured out and have been manually killing sessions there but still no use. Not sure what to do at this point. Ive uninstalled, reinstalled. Updated trinity and adventurer, uninstalled and reinstalled microsoft framework. Im at a loss.
 
You have already done all of the typical suggestions found on support forum.

I am yet able to confirm which is more "official" support channel. (support forum vs ticket)

Yea, thank you for the advice. I submitted a ticket at about the same I posted this but have yet to hear anything back :(
