Max number of items picked?

Hi , i don't want the bot to pick more than 40 portal scrolls and then stash them over and over again, how can i setup the MAX items pick up for portal scrolls to 40?

(Offtopic : how do i select main skill Lightning Arrow and second SINGLE TARGET Blast Rain for example?.. how can i do that?)
