DB locked up and I had to end the process... now I can't log in to it to start again. What must I do?

You can either wait a bit or goto https://www.buddyauth.com/ (register if you haven't and attach your key) then kill your session.

hi tryed to do that but i dont have any sesion activbe so i cant kill my session and i still have that max session error
