Massive performance drop (10-20Fps)

Hey guys. I hope someone can help solve my problem. The problem annoying me since s5 start. I have massive fps drop, when i hit the start button.
I tried latest stable, and beta builds, a lot of trinity, adventurers.. all the same issue for me.
Getting 100+ Fps without buddy and 10-20 with.
I use avast, added db folder to executions.
Added a log while the bot is doing a town run.

I use avast, db folder added to executions.

uninstall/disable Evolved and also set D3 process on a higher than normal priority

Done but still the same performance.

I formatted my ssd and reinstalled windows. only installed vga driver and the c++ that needed. the fps drop still exist

you shouldnt do that anyway,just be patient as we are checking it
