Massive Issues

I recently purchased Honorbuddy and I am having nothing but trouble it works maybe 1/20 times I try and load it, Sometimes I will open it and it will freeze, sometimes it will take 4-5 minutes to load options, sometimes it will queue for a BG then enter and do nothing other times it will start and do nothing at all, sometimes it will play half a BG then stop working, There is a few other things it does wrong but I feel this is a good start, extremely displeased so far its utterly ridiculous.

How can I provide a log when I don't even get to start it sometimes it just freezes as explained, As for the other times which of the dozens of logs for the dozens of different issues would you like? Most recent one
