Massive fps loss, makes game unplayable[FIXED]

Howdy! after loading a game (practice, offline) with the hack running, the game becomes unplayable; there is a massive fps drop but also the mouse no longer works, it becomes laggy, almost like its run at 10 fps.

if i close the hack, it shoots back up to 150+fps, totally playable and the wierd jittering mouse issue disappears.

I have an i7@4ghz, and 980ti so its not my specs
Running windows 7, single monitor@144hz

Fixed:
updated to latest nvidia driver (as of 5/23) and turned windows aero ON.

Do you have any antivirus enabled or any program/tool that affects your graphics/vga
