Map only shows black screen

I just downloaded and started using pokefarmer and it works great, with one exception. I cannot for the life of me get the map to load. I have turned off windows firewall, tried disabling avast, set exclusions in avast for the pokefarmer folder and the .exe file. If anyone knows what I am doing wrong and any tricks to get me to be able to see that map that would be great. I have read that a black map usually means my machine is blocking it but I don't know what else could be blocking it. Thanks in advances for the help

No I dont have any of these on my computer. Not sure whats going on
