Map not showing up, just black area

My map isn't showing up. This is a Windows 10 machine and the first time I've installed this app on my work machine
I have an identical machine at home that is Windows 7 that I run the app on all the time running on a Virtual Server.
The map is showing up just a blank black square, however, the app is running normally doing what it should.
The log file doesn't show anything, but I attach it anyway.

Your firewall and antivirus, set an exception or disable it.

My antivirus allows all outbound and the program exceptions for the firewall already has PokeFarmer listed. I turned both off and there is still no difference.

when you getting a black map screen it means something on your machine blocking it
