How do I go about doing this to get my bot over the ninja patch bump?

Check the newest update link, download it, delete current Honorbuddy, place this into same location. Done.

sorry I'm very nubish when It comes to this stuff? Where would the update link be.. and then I just move it into my honorbuddy folder?

Manually updating won't do anything yet. It still isn't updated,

Are you sure? A mod closed a couple of other threads saying that it was ready in the US and to manually update since it wasn't ready for EU yet?
