Making the bot NOT going to the chest?

Hello,
Wondering if its posible to make the bot not going to the chest and keep trying to put stuff into the chest?
Is it posible to make it sell all yellows and keep legendaries if any drops?
Or is it something the people who makes the profiles will make into their profiles?
