Making my first BG profile

Hey all i wanna try and do my first BG profile.. thinking ill start with AV.
Anything special i should think of?

Im a total newb at this.. but i wanna try and learn this.. i have some questions tho..

Is it a grind profile i should make?
And is there anything special to think of when doing bg profiles?

any help would be nice
