Gatherbuddy has the highest ban rate, followed by BGbuddy, then Grindbot.

I haven't researched this for BOTTING, but I used to do this by hand in cata.
You need enchanting profession to disenchant, AND be on a server where the price of disenchanted materials is high

Buy a weapon/armor with the cheapest/lowest honor requirement
Disenchant it
Sell on the AH

Rinse and repeat
