Although seeing your graphs and data is cool, Echo, I really don't think posting data like this is helpful at all to the botting community. If Blizz is really looking at these forums like a lot of people believe (myself included), all you're doing is telling blizz which dungeons to watch.
I don't mean to sound rude, or disrespectful - but do you really think Blizzard would rely on random charts posted to an open community botting forum to direct their ban focus?
I don't believe that they're that ignorant.
If they wanted to know which dungeons or locations to pay attention to, they'd just rely on their own methods and software which they've no doubt invested millions of dollars into.
Just like the banwave we had, I'm sure they didn't scour the forums to find a way for that to happen. They used something a lot more elaborate to make that happen, and no doubt those same things are used for the common bans as well.
They have control of the games backend, they can see and do things that we couldn't even imagine. Browsing a botting forum for graphs would be completely counter intuitive.
Its known by every common Joe that Gundrak, Halls of Lighting, Botanica and Drak'tharon are heavily botted by not only Honorbuddy users, but nearly every other bot out there.
So the information Echo provided is nothing new to anyone, especially Blizzard.
That and nothing is numbered. For all Blizzard (or we) knows these numbers could be based off of 20 botters.
Hence why Echo didn't show the numbers to begin with.
And why would anyone want to bot what everyone else is botting? Even if all your accounts are just throw-aways, you still want to keep them running as long as possible. Doing what everyone else is doing is a great way to lose your accounts as quickly as possible.
It's good to know what everyone else is botting so that you
can avoid it.
But that side, one of the most common questions on the forum is "what is everyone farming?" - so don't ask us that, instead ask the people asking it.
We're just answering the questions.
