Does anybody know if theres a plugin out there that will make WoW the active window if its not already?

I noticed a considerable amount of lag i get when wow is NOT the active window, vs. when it IS the active window. Since i use logmeout, it lags and thinks its "stuck" and counts a point 1/10 of being stuck. Sometimes it lags so much it gets to 10/10 and closes the game, however when its the active window its next to no lag.

I use hbrelog for scheduled botting so even if i manualy make WoW my active window, when it turns off for a bit and back on, now HB is the active window :(

Background fps are active and possibly set too low?

ya i have them both set to 13fps, maybe i should take background up to like 20fps?

Actualy no good. Even tho i set it to higher fps, it still goes down to 5 and 6 fps when HB is active window :(

I even tried disabling the background limit and still goes down to 5/6 fps with lag spikes causing logmeout to trigger for 10/10 eventualy.
