Make Some Sub-FORUM PRIVATE or only available to verified DB USER?

ESPECIALLY THE BAN REPORTS SECTION...

anybody can just register and post annoying ban reports which is untrue...

or just register and annoy REAL DB USERS...

While it is very obvious that ANY richkid can afford to buy a key and register.... well ATLEAST we filter some who are not willing to buy a key just to register in our forum... plus... isn't that an extra $$$ to DB for getting blizz fanboiz buy a DB key?
