Make DB run slower for weak connections?

Hello,

I'm sometimes having some issues when my internet connection is very slow and the latency goes higher than 300ms. Diablo will pop up different error messages. Is there a way to let DB act slower while in the menues and after joining the game?

Yeah. I see that on my PC all the time. I always have latency more than 250ms. This would be a great function for me to throttle the run speed.
