Plugins: Log me out, parrots paranoia / avoidplayers (if it works with archaeology), relogger/arelog, blacklister (if it works on archaeology)
Parrots paranoia / avoidplayers - these are to keep you from being watched (you can still get stuck after tho). Ppp will stop and open your map when players are at the distance you set.
Avoid players probably only good for herb/mining - it actively flies you away from other players. Not sure it works with arch and based on its behavior, probably not ideal for arch.
Blacklister - will blacklist nodes after so long. Not sure works with arch.
For stucks that will happen from time to time...
Logmeout set aggressively will log you out if you get stuck repeatedly by how you set it. Logs out if someone targets you. Logs out after a set duration. Also if you are semi monitoring it will ding a sound on your computer should you wish. Hear a ding, fix you stuck - move on!
People watching might not be so suspicious after the first stuck if you get to it in time. Usually a jump or a change of direction during the stuck movement is all you need.
You can try eunstuck plugin too which changes the method - looks different but still gets stuck lamely often enough.
Relogger / arelog will log you back in and resume after you get logged out. You can make a schedule. Be sure not to schedule relogging on maintenance.
My advise, add one of these at a time til you have it the way you want and it's tested. Then add the next till you have all the points covered.
