Main Bot Banned (Now --- UNBANNED!) :)

I am not going to bother to fill out that little form again since I have it almost down by heart now ...

I got my main perm banned and I am annoyed by this. I dont sell gold, I dont bot 24/7, and I only run it like 6 hours max a day in groups of 2-3 hours (so 6 hours total in a day).

I dont get it!

I am gonna try to fight it, see what happens. i have had to fight this before and won last but idk about the same account again...

I just dont get it. I have never had my bots get nailed so fast. I can usually go awhile before I get hit.

Account Name: WOW1

Reason for Closure: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy
Here is my ticket I sent them:
Banned again? For what? I didn't do anything wrong! I spent my time flying around, stocking up on mining items for my new guild and now this? I am VERY unhappy with the service I am getting for paying almost $100 to JUST PLAY!

I used to be a huge fan of blizzard (battle.net) products dating back to Diablo 1! But because of this, I feel battle.net no longer trusts its players and just wants to get their money by banning their accounts and then making them to pay again. This is unacceptable.

I don't sell gold, and I do not know what this exploiting the economy means. Is this because I sent the gold I made from the Auction House to a good friend of mine that I play with almost everyday? Is it wrong to help others out in the game? Is it wrong to make anothers player experience fun as well? Is it wrong to have fun altogether? What is wrong with you guys at battle.net? All of this is unacceptable!

I request to have my account unbanned.

Thank you.
EDIT:

I assume I was banned for exploitive activity was cause I sent gold to my main via mail/trading? Thats where a lot of my gold went to - my alts or main.

*SIGH*

I am still waiting on ticket response.

EDIT:

UNBANNED!

Sorry for your loss, however you should not bot on an account "you can't afford/don't want to lose", personal affection and so on.
Also, you shouldn't trade and mail big amounts of money, that's what gbanks and vanilla accs are for. :/

Well what if I want to the gold to my main?

I still have my main personal account. I dont bot on that. I am saying I lost my mainbot account (the bot that does all the farming).

Oh, sorry. Seems I'm a little bit too drowzy.

If you want gold to your main (that I assume is not within the guild), you should withraw from a vanilla acc and then trade/mail it to your main or use the AH method. I mean, there are numerous ways and it's always a risk.

So stick something into the AH from my main worth like ... 9000 gold and buy it with the vanilla?

I've seen ban reports for that on here.

How does a vanilla account get over 9000 gold?

Use the vanilla to take the gold out of my bots gbank and buy the item that I put in the AH on my main, then the gold is sent to my main.

Exactly, or just F2F trade or mail it, it's all up to you and your sense of security layers or how paranoid you are ;)

Thank you for contacting us concerning the recent action taken against the World of Warcraft account WoW1. While we understand your concerns regarding the status of this account, we take matters involving the integrity of the game environment very seriously.

Please take a few moments to look over the World of Warcraft Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment: World of Warcraft Terms of Use), which all players agree to upon initially logging into the game.

The Terms of Use state that you will not "...modify or cause to be modified any files that are a part of the Game Client or the Service in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard" or "...use *****s, automation software (bots), hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the World of Warcraft experience..."

Additionally, the Battle.net Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment: Battle.net Terms of Use) state that "You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Login Information, and you will be responsible for all uses of the Login Information, including purchases, whether or not authorized by you."

Due to a second thorough review of the circumstances involved in this account action, we have made the decision to modify the previously communicated penalty. This additional review took into consideration a variety of factors including the history and standing of this account. Please understand that should another incident arise in the future, it is possible that a different outcome will be reached.

Please review our in-game penalties policy (Blizzard Support) which states that "we must also factor in the severity of the infraction and how often the player has violated our policies in the past. Based on these factors, the penalty may be moved up the Penalty Volcano, up to and including Account Closure."

If the previously issued action resulted in the closure of this account, the account has been reopened and access restored. Should any action be required in order to regain access to this account, an additional email will be sent from an @blizzard.com or @battle.net email address with further instructions. If no additional correspondence is received, you should be able to access this account using the password that was valid before the account closure.

Thank you for your continued correspondence in regards to your account and for respecting our position.

Regards,
Account Administration
Blizzard Entertainment

From the Blizz email you posted, it looks to me that they feel you botted but since it's a 'long standing account', they are giving it back to you with a strong warning... but if you're caught again, the penalty (perma ban) will likely stick.
