You might be caught up in the RMAH ban, read on forums if your payment information doesnt match your bnet account info or something you will get banned on first sale. You need to call them and find out they can reverse that one.

my paypal is under my girlfriends name that would be it!

So I just got an email from blizz saying the ban will not be removed because of bots , 25 minutes late someone bought some more of my gold off the rm-ah AFTER THEY BANNED ME. Meaning I do not have access to my account but they are still allowing people to buy my auctions so that they can profit 100% off my hard work and not give me my cut . Isn't this illegal that even after locking my account so I cannot log into it that they are selling my auctions ? shouldnt they at least take my auctions down off the ah? what can I do .. Neither of the transactions ( the one 2 hours before the ban ) or the one right after the ban have been deposited or even show as pending in my Paypal account .

Heh of course they can still sell your stuff. Blizzard 'owns' your account, they can do whatever they want with it so to speak.

I am so sick of their eula that is pure anti anything they don't like.
Hell they can ban you for anything. They should be forced to NOT be able to sell accounts to people they ban.
Then watch them change their strategy and attitude.

ps I beleve a good lawyer could get them for selling stolen property.
They are accusing and banning you for stealing (illegally acquiring) it.

and to say you will get your cut. They are still profiting from this.

The money will be deposited into your paypal within a week even if you are banned. Seen this multiple times in the past.

if you dont like their eula, dont play their games. simple.

Well 40m on Main Account. This still means a average of 2-3 hours per day to get this amount... I think it was just unlucky and has nothing to do with the RMAH?

So whats the deal?! They ban u instant just because the paypal informations dont fit with the one on your battlenet-acc?! Well, if this is true, why didnt they ban while selling items? makes no sence for me...What makes this also curious is, that it was only a little amount of gold. I would also like to sell some gold on rmah, but after reading all this bullshit i think its not worth itto risk my mainacc..

You use a bot to farm gold and earn free money, yet you complain that they're "profiting off your hard work" after getting caught?

Here's part of B.net's EULA "ACCOUNT SUSPENSION/CANCELLATION.
BLIZZARD MAY SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR DELETE ACCOUNTS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU."

So since you're dumb enough to complain that they're "exploiting your hard work" feel free to hire a lawyer and sue them... Keep us updated so we can all have a good laugh.

While I agree with you that his claim is retarded, don't quote EULA and speak about Lawyer. EULA is NOT the law, it doesn't mean anything. It if is written "Blizzard can come at your home and rape you with a chainsaw" in the EULA, do you think, since you have accepted the EULA, they can do that ? Exactly.

anyone here with diff. account and paypal informations without problems selling gold?

I just spit out my drink. Hahahahahah

Not true, my Paypal name and info is different from my BNet and I have sold 1000?+ worth of shit on RMAH already.

acutally bilzzard doesnt own your account. you own it the second you bought the serial key you own the game. the eula and Tos are not legal binding agreements because you do not know them at time of sale. This has already been to court in the EU. For example you cannot get banned for selling your account. blizzard no longer owns the account after the time of purchase.

"The exclusive right of distribution of a copy of a computer program covered by such a licence is exhausted on its first sale"
English http://curia.europa.eu/jcms/upload/d...cp120094en.pdf

I'm willing to argue this can be apply to botting as well. You own the account the method of how you play it is your up to you since you own it and its your game.

I doubt we'll ever see Blizzard taken to court by a single gamer over lost ingame property. But it's really only a matter of time before they have a class action law-suit on their doorstep with the way they treat their customers.

^ this needs to happen in the US. We spend alot of our time and money playing these games. We own them they are ours. Soon blizzard will be made to see that here in the US as they are seeing abroad. Just take the suit with DB, DB is going to come out a head this may lead to other things in the EU soon I'm willing to bet we will see some form of botters point of view in court preventing Blizzard from banning botters as long as they are not hacking server side information.
