Mail Fix.

HB is sending blank/empty mails to bank alts with the 3182 update, as you all know. Just wondering if someone could whip together a plugin to fix it.. I don't got the skillz.

We did ? release about 3 hours ago its fixed.

It doesn't seem to be linked in the Home front (latest file i see is 11/18 there)
