[PAID] [Mage] Portal - An Advanced Honorbuddy Mage Routine [PvE/PvP]

Hey there, I'm not long back in the game and have just started mythic raiding again after a year break. I was wondering if there was an updated guide on the best settings to use for end game content? The one on the OP links to a guide from last expansion. Should I be manually using things like PC and Forb? Since I've played with the settings a little but can't quite figure out what's best. I'm frost mage with class trinket and 4pc btw if that helps.

Edit: Just switched to arcane since someone recommended i did (also switching targets is a bitch with water jet) but any help still appreciated.

Could someone please pm me their frost PVP setup? mostly gonna play 2s and 3s if that matters :) i just can't seem to figure out how to "correctly" set it up, so if someone could send me theirs so i could tweak for my own liking that would be much appreciated<3

Check out the settings manager in the GUI to download some settings shared by other community members :)

Something strange is happning, it casts Prismetic Crystal. but it does not target it when castet. so its a waste. Is there anything to do whit that?

Can you post a full, unedited log file please? It'll switch away from it if there's no units in range to hit it when using a manual control bot base (like Enyo). Bot bases like Dungeonbuddy ignore them completely and will never target a PC.

After your lates changes. My bot only cast spells if "Enable In Game Overlay - Font Size:" key have ben turned on in the session i use. Like i can turn it on and off and bot work fine for me. But do i turn it off and close bot to re open. It dont work before i have click V in the key again in the new session.

I have the same exact issue. Thanks for letting me know there is a work-around.
 
Anyone care to share their settings using the new GUI? Can't hardly find anything within it :(


I'm rather blank on what settings I should be using on my Demonology Warlock while doing Tanaan Jungle Dailies AFK, and what to use while using DungeonBuddy for Heroics and LFR's. Would love to see some people sharing their optimal settings using the fancy new sharing GUI!


Not entirely sure whether I should keep my Frost spec or not to be quite honest. I thought it would be the best bet for AFK solo farming, but I'm not entirely sure whether it is or not.

hey

i have a Problem with the Routine.
the Routine doesnt work.
i start hb with tyrael and load the Routine, but she works not. the single routine from hb works
please check it out thanks
 
I have a problem with this routine. My Mage only buff himself and conjure food, but doesn't attack anything. I testet it with the Combat Bot ant Questing bot. I use the default settings from the questing.xml file.
 
Sorry guys. I'm pushing a fix now, once approved on the store it'll resolve the issues.

In the meantime, enable the overlay if it's disabled and it'll work as normal.

Unfortunately, there are still problems, if I at overlay the hook activate crashes hb from. please order verification

Thanks for the log. The fix for that issue is already pushed to the store and awaiting approval from the core devs. Hopefully it'll be active soon.
 
Hey millz, used pretty much all your products for ages and love them but something seems to have gone funky with portal at least for me. Cant seem to get it to cast 90% of the rotation in either frost or arcane :(. Tried the usual clean install etc, ditching some addons and excess plugins too but still can't get it to play the game. Log file looks like there is something going funky but its all jibberish to me. Hopefully you can maybe shine some light on it :D
