[PAID] [Mage] Portal - An Advanced Honorbuddy Mage Routine [PvE/PvP]

I'm always on Rune, but the only settings I changed was removed the first anti lag setting(on both) for quicker response... I tried your old version and stays at 90-100% mana all the time :< so I dunno why both versions act differently - ok so compared the logs for 2 fights and both had 91% uptime for rune,.
The Arcane rotation hasn't changed - other than Arcane Missles can now cast if you don't have Arcane Power to auto cast. If you've got it enabled (i.e. Boss/Player) then it's exactly the same.

Mana low -> As long as you don't run out then it's not an issue.

In arena - why the bot almost not prefering to use deep freeze? it prefer using another procs and CD sometimes.
+
sometimes in the arena when i target another target the bot starting attacking that target even though i back to the 1st target, and its drives me crazy..
:P
any help?
(premium ofc)

I think the facing is bugged after you did the update. It seems to happen when you run away from a mob or use blink. It will try to keep casting while facing the direction it moved and keep twitching. It ammends itself when the add is dead (usually when the add has killed it or if it has run in front of you). Occurs every now and then.

Hmm that's really weird. I changed it to basically make facing have a higher priority, so no idea why it's doing that. Facing is now the #1 priority call in the rotation (with movement being #2).

I will see if I can get a little snippet of the log while I quest it again later. Try running a bot questing for a little while or grinding monsters in a 10 minute window or so it is likely to happen. I was at my PC at the time, so I just quickly turn it round myself and it was going again :)

Sure - I'll give it a go tonight. I ran my mage through BG's for a good 8-10 hours yesterday and didn't see any issues with facing - and I was at the PC the majority of the time.

My guess from memory the twitching is because it keeps going in and out of the casting animation which it keeps spamming due to it failing to be faced towards the target. Or it tries to turn and quickly reverts back to it's original facing. The log will probably tell all. I won't be able to post it till 9 UK time or so unfortunately.

Not sure the log will help with that as it doesn't print out any logging for facing. I'll try questing later and see how it gets on. It's probably not a good idea to have blink turned on when questing though, as you can blink into another pack of mobs ?

Probably true, it has Heirloom gear and use kickz questing scripts so usually higher than the mobs. It has worked pretty nicely with it in some cases to pull more mobs :)

Frost? I'll increase the priority.

It'll attack another target if your current target has a 'do not damage' aura or isn't in LoS - i.e. things like spell reflect, immunity, polymorph.. so to prevent any downtime it just attacks something else that's near (because any time not casting is less dps!). It'll go back to current target as soon as it can though.

yea as a forst.
and also you can add touch of karma to the list of spells that the routine stop attacking at.

Good call. It was missing. I've added it. Will get it on the SVN tonight after testing.
