[PAID] [Mage] Portal - An Advanced Honorbuddy Mage Routine [PvE/PvP]

Millz, I just wanted to write back after setting everything up yesterday, I went from 0 cr in 3s to 2100 and still going (with a random /2 group) I am always 1st on dmg, and my CC is redic. Thank you!

Hey - It's spamming Living Bomb for some reason.

6.5 days since Windows was started.

Can you try restarting your PC and see if that fixes it ?

Hey

Can you post an Honorbuddy log file please? It shows how many charges of FoF you have. It will pool them when preparing to cast Icy Veins and Alter Time, but other than that it should be using them whenever the proc is available.

What kind of DPS can I expect with the paid version with say average 540 (Flex) gear. on up to 560 (Normal) gear?

Anyone have any ballpark expectations based on experience?

200-320k inbetween those ilvls.

i'm pulling 160-170k dps with 515 ilvl :)
mainly timeless gear, and 3 pieces of lfr gear..
 
Hey Millz,

i played my mage with your cc yesterday and i have seen something. Everytime we pull a Boss, they want hero / bl at the start. Then your cc is just using the bomb and frostbolts. When hero or bl ends, then it is using the icelances and frostfire proccs ( including the alter time cd ). Maybe its a dps push, when it is not using the proccs until hero/bl ends, (i dont know^^ ) but maybe its a bug.

i dont have the logs from yesterday, sry.

Hey

I'll need the log file - but chances are it's something to do with Icy Veins and Alter Time usage. Make sure IV is set to 'on boss/player' and alter time is set to offensive.

I've noticed the EXACT same thing, but thought I was imagining it :P

I just spam Ice Lance when it does that though ;)

I've only provided the Iron Juggernaut fight which is where I noticed it do this behaviour, because the log file is COLOSSAL.

Did it happen right at the start of the fight? Where you manually cast Ice Lance?

Looks like it was waiting for your trinket to activate before it used Icy Veins/Alter Time - but the BF / FoF charges had been used (and not by the routine).
 
Yes this was right at the start of the fight, someone case Timewarp/Hero literally like 0.5sec after entering combat. I don't believe I did cast Ice Lance, or if I did it was only once to enter the combat.

Trinkets are Kardris' Toxic Totem Flex (104793) and Purified Bindings of Immerseus Flex (104675) so they don't activate per se, although they do proc. I certainly didn't use the BF/FoF charges manually - they expired. Only once the Timewarp expired, did the CC start casting anything other than LB and Frostbolt.

Edit: so Timewarp was active roughly from 10:53:44.990 to 10:54:24.566.
It's also maybe worth mentioning that the FoF charges were generated by Frozen Orb
